Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Keychains
  • Charms
  • Accessories
  • Sale or discounted items

Please make sure to review product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

We will review the situation and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

Happy Squish Shop is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers

Refunds
