All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International orders: Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be delayed due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, or high order volumes.

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and other available shipping providers.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Happy Squish Shop is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Happy Squish Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
